Power Industry: Condition Assessment of Hydrosystem Components
Two AVAS systems were utilized to record vibrations and process parameters of the hydroset at the Porąbka-Żar power plant, owned by PGE Energetyka Odnawialna S.A. The objective was to gather data enabling analysis of the technical condition of the hydrosystem’s elements and the formulation of a modernization plan. A crucial feature of AVAS was its complete synchronization of signal processing across all measurement channels, considering both devices installed in different locations. Analyses conducted included row analysis, considering dynamic relationships between various components of the hydrosystem, orbit analysis, rotor axis trajectory analysis, and phase analysis
